To sign up for Retreat:

1. Print and fill out membership form.

2. Print page 1 and page 2 of the registration form. Fill out the form and make a copy for your records

At the bottom of page 2 is a disclaimer which you must sign and date.

3.. Make your check payable to WCOQG (NOT to Debbie Green and no cash in the mail please)

for $115.00 if you are already a 2025 member (This includes your $100.00 retreat fee plus your $15.00

dues for 2026) OR for $130 if you are NOT a 2025 member ( This includes your $100.00 retreat fee plus

your $15.00 dues for 2025 and your $15.00 for 2026 dues). The Retreat rules state that you must have paid

your 2025 dues before you can sign up for Retreat.  $10 1ate fee if register after October Meeting,

$15 late fee if register after November Meeting.

5. Mail 3 pages of all your legibly completed forms (2 pages of registration form and membership form)

and your check to:

For hotel reservations contact Howard Johnson at 419-222-0004 and tell them you are

with the Quilters Guild to get our lower negotiated rate.  This also saves money on the

classroom rental cost and helps keep the registration fees lower.
